Heritage & Culture

The role of the Heritage & Culture Department is to provide cultural opportunities to the Citizens of C/TFN and to strengthen our Tlingit and Tagish culture and heritage. We provide learning and revitalization opportunities to our Citizens in the Tlingit and Tagish Languages. We harvest and offer education in the use of traditional medicines and conduct cultural workshops. Heritage & Culture is also home to the C/TFN archives, where we collect and preserve materials of historical importance for our future generations.
