Personnel Policy Update

A revised Personnel Policy was approved in December 2025. This page summarizes the change made to the Transitional Employment Crew section, clarifying how participants are approved and confirmed into the program.

What Changed?

Transitional Employment Crew

• The approval process for Transitional Employment (TE) program participants has been updated.
• Management Board (MB) is no longer part of the approval process for confirming participants into the Transitional Employment program.
• The Director of Capacity Development now confirms approved Transitional Employment participants directly with Human Resources for placement in the program.
