Leases at Watsix Eeti Subdivision (C-82B Carcross Cutoff)

On Dec. 19th, 2018, LMB passed a decision to open residential parcels at C-82B (Watsix Eeti subdivision) for leases to C/TFN Citizens and will open some parcels to non-Citizens as well. While we received much interest from Citizens, only a few moved forward to seeking a mortgage, which is the pre-requisit to getting a lease.
