Chair Yoga

Location: Activity Room, Carcross Firehall
Time: Tuesday 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Cost: No charge

Chair Yoga provides a gentle way to stretch, strengthen, and relax without getting on the floor. Movements are performed while seated, making the session accessible and welcoming for all ages and fitness levels.

Participants can expect to:

  • Improve flexibility and reduce tension in the neck, shoulders, back, and hips
  • Boost energy through light, effective movement
  • Support focus and mental clarity through breathing and mindfulness

No yoga experience is required. Everybody is welcome.
